Jyotish Shastra is an AI-powered Vedic astrology platform that provides birth chart calculations, astrological interpretations, compatibility analysis, and daily horoscopes. All interpretations are generated using artificial intelligence trained on classical Jyotish texts and are provided for spiritual and entertainment purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures; scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission; use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, astrological calculations, and AI interpretations provided by Jyotish Shastra are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission. Your personal birth data remains your own.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Astrological interpretations are for spiritual and entertainment purposes only. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any astrological content. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on our content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jyotish Shastra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
