Refund Policy

Our commitment to fair billing

7-Day Free Trial

All new Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you are unsatisfied with the Service, provided you have not used more than 10 AI consultations during that period. Refund requests must be submitted to billing@vittaraai.com.

Technical Issues

If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, we will issue a prorated credit for the affected period.

Annual Plans

Annual plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used more than 20 AI consultations. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
